Program Overview

Geneva-Based Formation for Global Leaders

You face decisions that affect organizations, communities, and lives across borders and cultures.

The quality of those decisions depends not just on your analysis, but on your capacity for discernment, the ability to see clearly, think deeply, and act wisely under pressure.

This 12-week certificate program offers structured formation in the Christian contemplative tradition, specifically designed for leaders operating in complex, international, and high-stakes environments.

Delivered by a Swiss non-profit institute based in Geneva, this program offers the rigour, independence, and organizational excellence you expect from Swiss executive education combined with the depth of 2,000 years of Christian contemplative wisdom.
